Bart Byard has over 25 years as a high-end custom home builder and remodeler in the Kansas City area. His team of subcontractors have worked with him for years and meet his high expectations and standards.
Steve Busey is an architectural engineer with over 35 years of experience. His experience includes being owner and principal of a successful engineering firm for 25 years. Steve now develops our house plans.
Stephanie has a master's degree in urban planning and 18 years of experience working in local government and the building permitting process. Stephanie assists with office management duties.
Jean is a retired school counselor who has an affinity and talent for both exterior and interior design. Jean also handles the marketing and sales aspects of the business.
